At HYB CARS, we aim to make car rental in Agadir simple, transparent and convenient. These Rental Terms & Conditions explain the main rules and requirements applicable to vehicle rentals in Agadir and at Agadir Al Massira Airport.

Driver Requirements

The main driver must provide a valid driving licence and a valid passport or identity document when collecting the vehicle.

The driving licence must remain valid throughout the rental period. Additional documentation may be required depending on the driver’s nationality or country of residence.

Only drivers approved and registered in the rental agreement are permitted to drive the vehicle.

Rental Period

The rental period is based on the pickup and return dates and times confirmed in the booking.

Customers who wish to extend their rental should contact HYB CARS before the agreed return time. Extensions are subject to vehicle availability and may result in additional charges.

Vehicle Pickup and Return

Vehicles can be collected at the agreed location in Agadir, including Agadir Al Massira Airport when airport pickup has been arranged.

The vehicle must be returned at the agreed date, time and location unless another arrangement has been confirmed with HYB CARS.

Customers are responsible for returning the vehicle in a reasonable condition, taking normal wear and tear into account.

Fuel Policy

The vehicle should normally be returned with the same fuel level as provided at the beginning of the rental, unless another fuel arrangement has been agreed.

Any missing fuel may be charged according to the applicable rental conditions.

Mileage

Mileage conditions depend on the rental agreement and vehicle category. The applicable mileage policy will be communicated at the time of booking.

Vehicle Use

The vehicle must be used responsibly and in accordance with Moroccan traffic laws.

Rental vehicles must not be used for racing, competitions, off-road driving, illegal activities or any other prohibited purpose.

The vehicle must not be driven by an unauthorized person.

Traffic Fines, Tolls and Parking

The customer is responsible for traffic fines, parking penalties, tolls and other charges incurred during the rental period.

Accidents, Damage and Theft

In the event of an accident, theft or damage, the customer must contact HYB CARS as soon as possible and follow the required procedures.

Customers must not arrange repairs or accept responsibility on behalf of HYB CARS without prior authorization, except where immediate action is necessary for safety.

Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply in cases such as vehicle damage, missing equipment, excessive cleaning, fuel differences, traffic fines, unauthorized use, late return or other violations of the rental agreement.

Rental Agreement

The specific conditions applicable to each booking are confirmed in the rental agreement and booking confirmation.

By accepting the vehicle, the customer agrees to comply with these Rental Terms & Conditions and the specific conditions of their reservation.
