Hyb Cars recognizes and appreciates the importance of responsible use of personal data collected on this website. We are careful with your personal information, taking steps to keep it secure and ensuring it is used only for our legitimate business purposes.

Reservation

After a reservation is made on this booking system, once your reservation is confirmed, Hyb Cars will send you an email with the voucher (confirmed RESERVATION) within 24 hours, so that you have all the necessary information prior to your arrival. Hyb Cars only uses your e-mail address for sending you a voucher, and your phone number only to contact you if there are any questions regarding your reservation.

If you need to make any changes to your reservation, you must contact Hyb Cars by e-mail, clearly stating the precise details of the requested change. Hyb Cars does not guarantee that the requested changes can be processed.

As a condition of using this booking system, you agree:

• Not to make any speculative or false reservation;
• Not to use the booking system to research our vehicle offer or our pricing for competitive purposes;
• Not to use the name « Hyb Cars » for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Booking Cancellation

Every reservation must be canceled at least 48 hours prior to the pickup time. If a reservation is made less than 48 hours before the pickup date, any prepayment made will not be refunded in case of cancellation.

Customer Requirements

The customer must be aware that all children (regardless of age) are counted as passengers and must have an individual seat. The number of passengers cannot exceed the seating capacity of the vehicle. Transportation of extra passengers is not allowed — in this case, the driver has the right to refuse service.

The customer must provide a correct mobile phone number and must be reachable at the time of arrival. Smoking and drinking are prohibited inside the vehicle. In case of violation, the driver has the right to stop the car and ask the customer to leave.

Pick-up and Drop-off

Flight information — for airport pick-up, it is essential that Hyb Cars receives the correct flight number and arrival time, either online or by phone. If this information is not available at the time of reservation, please make sure to inform us at least 2 days before your departure, by e-mail or phone.

The driver will wait for the customer at the pick-up location, holding a sign with the customer’s last name on it.

Privacy Statement

We are committed to protecting our customers’ personal data by collecting only the essential information needed to fulfill our obligations. We inform our customers about how their information is collected, and regularly give them the option to decide whether their name should be included in or excluded from marketing lists. All customer information is strictly protected and accessible only to employees who need it to perform their job. All our employees and business partners are required to follow the principles of confidentiality.

Complaints

All complaints or issues must be submitted in writing within 7 days after the drop-off date. Hyb Cars cannot process complaints made outside of this period.

Included in the Price

Customer support, additional driver, child seat.

Legal Driving Age

The driver must be at least 21 years old to rent a car.

Required Documents

Driving license, passport (or national ID for Moroccan residents).

Procedure in Case of Accident, Damage or Theft of the Vehicle

In case of damage or theft of the vehicle, the customer is required to immediately inform the Lessor and the Police, and to follow their instructions. The customer must remain at the scene of the accident until the police arrive, unless temporarily leaving is necessary to assist a third party or because the customer personally requires medical assistance.

Border Crossing

Traveling outside Morocco with the rented vehicle is not allowed.

Deposit

No deposit required. (edit if you require a security deposit)

Cleanliness Policy

An extremely dirty interior of the vehicle will be charged upon drop-off.

Parking and traffic fines are the customer’s responsibility.

Loss of keys or vehicle documents will be charged 500 EUR (or the equivalent in MAD).
